The MD Group believe, and invest heavily, in training and encouraging staff to be the best that they can be within their individual discipline. To support this, there is an on-going formal programme of technical, legislation, management and soft skills training provided to support business needs at all levels.

Technical Training, Corporate Training and a programme of Welcome Training for new starters is delivered by dedicated in-house training teams.

We work alongside accrediting bodies and recognised apprenticeship schemes such as City and Guilds, CABE, CII, CIM to support and fund our staff in achieving professional qualifications relevant to their role.
